I am a British expat looking to explore everything Canada has to offer; from it's wilderness environments to it's people and cultures.

I love trying new things, especially when it provides me with the opportunity to learn something new about the place I am visiting, the people I am with, or even myself.

I moved to Canada on an IEC working visa in January 2017. Since my arrival some of my most memorable experiences have included working as an Intepretive Guide in Banff National Park, volunteering for Parks Canada, road tripping from Banff to Toronto and working as Guest Services Manager at a remote wilderness lodge in the Northwest Territories only accessible by ski/float plane.

I am new to couch surfing, but I'm really excited to be a part of such an awesome community!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I left my theatre career back at home and moved to Canada with a one way flight and 2 nights booked in a hostel- and it was the best decision I could have made! I have explored so much of what Canada has to offer from the remote North to the Canadian Rockies to volunteering on a floating diving platform, and I have met some amazing people! I can't wait for my adventure to continue and meet more wonderful people along the way!

If you're musical (or not musical!) and are looking for someone to jam with I am always up for singing with some live music! If you're interested in learning more about singing I would be more than happy to share my knowledge with you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my passion and enthusiasm for travel and exploring new places, I would love to share my personal travel experiences (and make new experiences with you) whilst learning about your travel experiences and home. I also love to share food and would be happy to cook a meal we can share together to get to know each other! :)
