I am a student at the University of Minnesota studying Political Science, Modern dance, and Spanish. Currently I am spending the semester learning abroad in Toledo, Spain (30 minutes outside of Madrid) while traveling every chance I get on weekend and breaks.

The best way I can describe myself is an outdoors loving, eco-conscious girl who loves good food, cooking, hiking, camping, playing music (violin/mandolin), dancing, spending quality time with friends, traveling, and meeting new people.

Music: Thanks to my parents' good taste in music, I grew up listening to and loving rock n' roll and americana folk music (Neil Young, Bob Dylan, John Prine, the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Old Crow Medicine Show, Led Zeppelin, Paul Simon, Bruce Springsteen, and the Grateful Dead).

Also on my list of favorites these days are Radiohead, Alt-J, Cage the Elephant, Shakey Graves, the Black Keys, Youth Lagoon, First Aid Kit, Alabama Shakes, Andrew Bird, the Punch Brothers, Fleet Foxes, the Kooks, M.I.A., Kendrick Lamar, Flume, and Glass Animals.
