I am a calm, patient person and love being out and about and getting to know new things. I started learning horseriding 8 years ago. I like to talk to people about a variety of things... life stories, traveling, healthy lifestyles, movies, books... two years ago I started jogging and it really captivated me. Unfortunately, due to injuries, I have now become a "walker". My three children are now independent and so I would like to travel more again and discover countries and its people.

When I travel, I would like to get to know the country through the eyes of the people who live there and not just follow travel tips from books and the Internet. And it's so incredibly enriching to find out other people's views and views on life.

I'm currently trying to integrate regular yoga sessions into my weekly routine and I am always looking for new vegetarian and vegan recipes (although I eat meat/fish sometimes). I always help my children and friends with problems in Word/Excel/Powerpoint etc.
I try hard to improve my english, because I didn´t practise it often the last years
