I am a junior high school teacher, my partner worked in his own garage as a metal worker and varnisher for cars - is now retired.
We love travelling and outdoor activities, are open minded, are looking forward exploring new cultures, meeting people and having fun together!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In September my Sabbatical year is going to start and so due to this fact, my partner Christian and me start our DREAM: a world trip!!! We are looking forward to exploring new cultures, meeting up locals, enjoying adventures and activities, sitting together, drinking a good glass of beer (or wine;-) ... having the flow and beeing grateful for this!!!

Staying in a small Tanzanian mountain village for a month with locals and teaching kids, aged 3-15, voluntarily

What I Can Share with Hosts

Want to show guests not only the common sights, also the "hidden/unknown" spots. Prefered: nature/outdoor/sports activities (walking/hiking/just "visiting" our wonderful mountains/forest...perhaps with sundowners!) Also having a good time with a glass of beer (or wine or water) and sharing our experiences!
