ABOUT ME

I am an open-hearted girl willing to get the best out of everything. I enjoy simple things and search for a good honest laugh. My favourite colour is purple 💜 !

PHILOSOPHY

Respect the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I moved to Lima in 2013 and wanted to discover my own country with my guests or with other Peruvian hosts.

Now I live in Toronto and explore the world from there.

Interests

Environmental policy, music, books, volleyball, singing, rafting.

Music, Movies, and Books

Tarantino, Gus Van Sant, Richard Linklater, Scorsese, Hayao Miyasaki, Lars Von Trier, Benigni, Tim Burton, Del Toro, Bong Joon Ho.

Music: Nirvana, The Strokes, Incubus, Ida María, The Libertines, The Drums, MGMT, Radiohead, Daft Punk, Foster the People, Tame Impala, Traffic Sound, Alphabeat, Zoé, Cerati, Jorge Drexler, La liga del sueño, Pereza, La casa Azul, Love of Lesbian, Miss Caffeina, Zahara.

Books: novels. Murakami, Camus, Saramago, Sábato, Agatha Christie, Kafka, Wilde, Dumas, Kundera and many many more. Nowadays I'm doing non fiction and switching to audio books. Books are also a great way to travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Titicaca Lake, 2014. A gigantic full moon rising on one side of the lake and a beautiful sunset on the other side, simultaneously. It took my breath away.

Tarapoto, Mayo river, 2010. Rafting by midnight with a full moon over the Mayo river. It was also my first time rafting.

Moved countries out of love and completed a law degree all in a little over a year.
