I recently moved to Houston, TX. I am a college Spanish teacher who loves traveling, meeting new people, and trying new foods.

I am originally from Colombia, and my passion for meeting new people and cultures began when I came to learn English to the US. My classmates were from all over the world and I loved to learn about their lives and countries. Then I got the opportunity to teach my native language and share my culture. I have lived in the US for almost twelve years. I recently moved back from Spain, where I studied and lived for two years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While attending grad school in Spain, I had the opportunity to meet wonderful people thanks to CS. I was fortunate to get an offer to stay with a wonderful girl in Amsterdam. So even thought I cannot host at this moment, we can meet up, chat, and have a good time.
