About Me

Architect/musician who loves traveling and meeting new people. Thinks life's too short and precious to get attached to one place, so she lives by collecting moments and experiences, not stuff.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last year, I lived in Spain and I was lucky enough to meet wonderful couchsurfers all over Europe. They've opened their homes, lives and hearts to me, and for that I will always be grateful. When I travel, I'm not only interested in visiting all those popular and crowded places for tourists, but the people who actually live and make part of the cities. Would love to talk about and share my experiences an culture with the Couchsurfers above the world!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite writer: Gustavo Adolfo Becquer
Favorite books: hard to tell, I have so many... but if I had to choose it would probably be "100 años de soledad"
I also love Neil Gaiman's comics and books.
Music: even harder... I went trough different stages in my lifetime. When I was a kid I listened to pop music and salsa, indie rock through my teenage years, trova and protest song during my university years, chanson française and musette when I was living in France (obviously ;)). Right now I'm on a jazz, bossa nova, songwriter stage.
Movies: Horror movies!!!! all of them!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've made the death road on bike (wich is basically high speed gravity assisted mountain biking, you can google it http://www.dailymail.co.uk/travel/article-2729754/A-15-000ft-descent-sheer-drops-300-deaths-year-Welcome-Bolivia-s-Death-Road-terrifying-route-tourists-love-cycle.html) had an accident in the middle on the road, but managed to finish the route anyway!

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmm... I don't know, I'd rather sharing other than teaching. I can share my experiences, my culture, my music and I'm open to learning a new thing every day, cause I believe every person in the world has experienced something that can amaze you in ways you can't even imagine!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My apartment is being renovated right now, but I'll have a couch available once it's done! Meanwhile, I can give you a tour around the La Paz and share a cup of coffee, experiences, music and tips about the city with you.
