I like laughing, enjoying life and also thinking about the sense in everything and what drives people. I love travelling and exploring the world and discovering how life is somewhere else in to get new Ideas about my own life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Actually I did couchsurfing already for over 20 years.. In my way..;))
And now through this way and my first experiences are really great! CS is a wonderful Idea!!!

Intereses

Music - passiv and activ - I play Saxophon and Violin a bit and have fun with Salsa Dancing with my husband (and all kind of Dancing to good music.) There are so many books I`d like to read, if I had more time. I do sports like inlineskating, MTB, hiking a.s.o. but not exzessivly (I`m not welltrained...) Right now my new hugh Garden keeps me running and I am learning about plants and trees and every green.. I changed my food partly for my health and I love green smothies!!! Above all I am always interestet in human mental settings and the way we operate with ourselves..
Until now our self-built wooden house still isn`t finished and keeps me busy and family life with three adult children (two still live with my husband and me) always means action!!!

one of my favorite movies are long live Ned Devine, the Thomas Crown affair, Plots with a view, the hour, 2 Guns, Out of time, Miss Marple, Snatch... I love a good thriller, crime, comedy, love and serious stuff and also action - you name it, I watched it;))

Algo increíble que he hecho

Staying with native people in West Papua - exploring a secret beach in Portugal.... Riverrafting in CA and jumping from the boat in wild Walter;)).... Had my best dinner in Life in a "Biorestaurant" in Bad Neuenahr!!!!!!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I am no freak to this issue, but I like to share my experience with changing food and becomming healthy - but only if one wants to!! (The importance of our intestine is large). It changed my whole attitude about our german health care system which is in my opinion a system mostly to make money. We loose our natural knowledge about our body!!! Everybody knows so much by himself!!
