ABOUT ME

I ama fun person! I have a lot of energy and I am a very active person. I love being outside and trying new things. I can be conservative at times, and I am very spiritual and religious. I am not shy by any means and my friends would definitely consider me very outgoing. I get good grades in school and I made the deans list every semester, which shows how much I love to learn!

I play ultimate frisbee at my university. I have a strong passion for health and wellness.I practice yoga, and I am working on my teacher certification now. I study nutrition, and in my free time I love to read up on healthy eating. I volunteer with an organization that promotes alternative therapies to women with breast cancer and speak with the women about the importance of eating organic. I also love spirituality and religion. I strive everyday to become closer to God, and live my life to the fullest.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I volunteered for a week in the Appalachian mountains, and on my way home when I thought back on the week I can't explain how fulfilled I felt. The week focused on growing in your relationship with God, but giving to others and humbling yourself. I was in awe, at how the best week of my life was spent sacrificing for others instead of focusing on myself. Another moment that left me awe-struck was when I visited Hawaii. Everywhere I went took my breathe away. To me the most amazing moments in life are the ones where you are doing ordinary things, like driving down a road in Hawaii, and really taking in the moment and feeling completely present and alive. When I was in Hawaii there were so many times I slowed down to really be present and meditate on where I was and those are some of the greatest moments I have ever had.
