Hola, my name is Claudia I love travelling! Have decided to make 2024 an amazing year filled with new experiences, learning and growing a lot to learn more about myself. Currently travelling around nomadically for the year. I work remotely as a research collaborator, freelance medical interpreter.

I like classical music and bands like Vampire Weekend, The Smiths, The Cure. Steve Lacy, Frank Ocean have very varied interests and always love exploring new artists.

Movies: The Wizard of Oz, American Beauty, Marie Antoinette

Books: Like non-fiction and reading about philosophy, psychology, science and other genres. My favorite authors include Sylvia Plath, Joan Didion, George Orwell, Jane Austen, F. Scott Fitzgerald

I studied Marine Biology and worked a lot with sea animals, also sea turtle conservancy!

Embarked on my first long-term solo trip this past October 2023. Have been pet sitting, house sitting all over the continent which has made me want to expand my horizons even more.

I absolutely love food and cooking (one of the biggest reason why I travel is to try the local food!) and seek to eat balanced and healthy every day. Mexican dishes are my specialty as growing up I learned many recipes from my maternal family and proudly share how delicious they can be. Would love to learn to make traditional home-made recipes from other countries.

True connection and genuine conversations are something I truly value. Deep conversations about the meaning of life, personal beliefs, past experiences but can also have a laugh about silly trivial things and discuss celebrity gossip or talk about favorite movies and music.

I really value personal space and structure and routine so will make sure to respect any place I'm in.
