ABOUT ME

I am a curious and passionate person who is interested in exploring the world. I currently live in Chicago and have a blog that promotes this city as a global cultural destination with a focus on world music and dance (www.chicagourbanite.com). I produce cultural events that promote appreciation for cultural diversity. I collaborate with a couple of dance groups and host a bilingual TV show in Chicago called Perspectivas Latinas

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Used CouchSurfing while traveling in Hungary and Bosnia. It was a great way to see the country like a local! I highly recommend it.

Organized a couple of dance flash mobs
Released newborn turtles to the ocean
Danced in front of thousands of people for the String Cheese Incident at Electric Forest Festival (crazy party!!)
