I'm an enthousiastic, sociable, feminist, politicized, and queer-friendly woman who wishes to share and to learn from open-minded and cooperative people.

I live and study in Montréal, but I'm currently woofing and traveling in B.C.... and will be soon driving from West to East to discover the United States' NorthWest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because it's a lovely way to get to know and to share with interesting people and get a feeling of the community and local spirit of the places I visit.

Interests

I'm interested in interculturalism and cultural diversity; anti-oppressive practices and theories; social justice; dance (particularly swing...); hiking, jogging, swimming and muay thaï.

I like outdoor activities and farming, and I wish to develop my hand skills in order to get more self-sufficient regarding to food and housing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy literature based on a philosophical or spirituality quest.
Herman Hesse's Steppenwolf and Robert M. Pirsig's Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance are my favorites!

I like jazz music and enjoy signing traditional French Canadian songs.
Also, if I were alone on an island and I could take only one artist and band with me, it would probably be Jean Leloup and CCR.

I could watch The Rocky Horror Picture Show over and over again and I like Wes Anderson's movies as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I really like to cook and to share nice meals and conservations.

I'm willing to teach the basics of swing so we could enjoy a nice evening of jazzy dance or help someone practice his/her French!
