Born and raised in Sicily, Italy. I moved down under at the age of 19 and felt in love with Australia. Been living there since. I play water polo since the age of 10 and over the years it's been a sport, a passion, sometimes a profession. Opened a restaurant at the age of 21, sold it and decided to head back to Europe for a year. Now back in Sydney.

I listen to music a lot, I'm very addicted to it, from techno to classic rock.
Not as much with books, maybe cause I was forced to a lot of boring readings when I was a kid.
I grew up watching classics like Armageddon and Love Actually. Also, Netflix and chef's table addicted.

I can teach a lot about coffee, food and wine. I like to share a meal, combine new flavours, especially with ingredients with different backgrounds. And I'll learn really everything, I like to listen and be opened to new things!
