ABOUT ME

I am a 26-year-old student, currently interning in Berlin as a teacher. I teach English and Spanish in a high school but might take a break from teaching soon.
I'm interested in music, eating (!), movies, literature, traveling, and a lot more.
I grew up in Fulda, a small German town near Frankfurt am Main, but always really enjoyed traveling and visiting other places and countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I tried out Couchsurfing in various countries in Europe, South America and South East Asia and had man great experiences. It's a great way of connecting with other people, understand cultures, and experiencing life.
Furthermore, I really enjoyed the opportunity to host someone in my home and help them with their journey.

Interests

I am interested in new cultures and new places. I am fascinated by getting to know new people and learning new things. Moreover, I am fascinated by languages: I am a fan of the Spanish and the English language. Although I just know the basics, French and Portuguese seem interesting to me as well.
Eating is also a hobby of mine; there are so many delicious things to eat and I have to taste a lot more. As I do not eat meat, I love all kinds of vegetables, fruits, and grains.

I would really enjoy talking about different cultures, for example the German one. I could tell you about German holidays, food, customs, and places.
At the same time, I would of course also love to listen to you talk about your culture and its features. I would like to eat something typical from your country or see art/listen to music typical of your country.
