I am a simple guy. I like to stay in the nature and to travel. I finished the cook school in Italy and I graduated. After that i went with an internship in Denmark for 10 weeks, to study english the first 2 weeks and cook in a viking restaurant the other 8. I liked this experience a lot. Denmark is magic and awesome, there I realized that my dream is to go work in Australia and to learn how to surf. Returned in Italy I went to work some months in the best vegetarian restaurant in the world, joia. Great place, great food, great people. Unfortunately Italy was becoming too boring for me, very low opportunity to get a good job and too stress in the work place. I decided to go in Estonia, and I worked in the padaste manor, at the seahouse terrace and grill. After that some other small works in Italy before planning the big trip in Australia. Now I am in Australia enjoying as much as I can this great experience.

Because I think sharing is one the most important things in life. To give without waiting back something, just to spread love.

兴趣

Parkour is my main interest. I trained myself many years with it. In the winter time I love to go in the mountains to do snowboard. Climbing and mountain bike are 2 other sport i like to play. In the last year I did some trips by bike in the north of Italy sleeping in the tent at night. Generally I like every kind of activity linked with movement, but not football pleace. I love cooking vegetarian meals, because this diet is the most healthy for our body and to be happy. I have interest about growing (organic) food, and I have plan to do WWOOF around Italy to learn more about it. I have organic garden in my home and i would like to study how to do mulch and permaculture. My favorite food is Pizza and i want to learn how to do the real Neapolitan one.
I like to move with hitchhiking because it´s awesome to meet always new people and talk with them.

I don't like television and I don't look movies so often, but my favorite movIe is "into the wild". I love to listen the Ludovico Einaudi's classical music, but also king of leons, the xx, the luminers.
My favorites books are :

- the power of now by Eckhart Tolle
- the china study by T. Colin campbell
