About Me
Hi!
My name is Clay. I am originally from Mississippi. After I graduated university in 2016, I got a job teaching English online, and I got my master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.
Since I graduated, my goal has been to experience new cultures and languages every year. I lived in Costa Rica for some time, and last year, I studied French in Nantes, France for a year. Then I worked in Spain for a year.
I’m currently a Spanish teacher in Boston, MA! Looking to meet people and make new connections and maybe do some group travel!
I love to meet new people. It’s amazing how unique people can be, yet we have so many things in common.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to see the world through the eyes of locals. I love meeting new people, and hearing different perspectives of the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share good conversations. I'm a chill guy and don't demand a lot of attention. I can share good company and carry my own weight to show my appreciation. Since my career is Teaching English, I can help you with your English if you're not a native speaker and you want some tips. I love language exchanges!
