Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm interested in checking out places I haven't seen before and meeting new people, and couchsurfing seems to be a great way to combine these things together.
I'm traveling around Europe this summer/fall and I'm hoping to utilize couchsurfing to meet people while traveling, learn about their cultures and interests, and make new friends!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy a wide variety of music genres, but have been pretty centered on hip-hop, r&b, soul, and instrumental music during the last few years.
Favorite artists currently: Anderson Paak, Childish Gambino, FKJ, Flamingosis, Oddisee, Moonchild, Quantic, Thievery Corporation, Tom Misch, Vanilla, Marvin Gaye.

I don't watch movies too frequently. Miyazaki movies are an all-time favorite. I enjoy some scary movies, comedies, documentaries.

I'm getting back into reading currently, and trying to figure out what draws me in after I finished reading Haruki Murakami's entire collection over the last year :)
