Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hi Couch Surfing Family!

Here is the skinny. I'm an east coast kid who will begin filming an independent feature film in Austin, TX come the last week of March. The production flew me to Austin last weekend for pre-production purposes and given that they will just be flying me back in a couple of weeks, I requested they send me out here (LA) instead.

This decision was partly sparked due to my desire to reconnect with old contacts and friends, not to mention gain new experiences and dodge colder climates back east, but past that point, my intention is to meet New people and gain new contacts in an endeavor to drum up more work that might give me cause to return to LA upon completion of filming in TX.

So, with roughly three weeks in LA ahead of me, I thought I'd at least attempt to see both whether there were any couches available, as well as any couch surfers / offerers that might simply like to meet up for social gatherings and good times.
