ABOUT ME

I am much more loving and kind now than I have ever been. I stay more grounded as I dream big dreams. I'm dedicated to healing the Earth while in this life. I'm the optimistic believer. I am as honest and authentic as I know how to be. Friendly to people, plants, Earth, and creatures with an abiding passion for touching the lives of others. My mind is more quiet now than it has ever been, as I learn how to flow through life. I am happy to share a moment or two with you; it is in my nature to enjoy being present.

PHILOSOPHY

We are all one consciousness even though it feels like we are many. Opening to my own healing opens up a greater healing for all. I am as healthy as possible, I nourish my body, expand my mind, allowing room for perceptions different than my own, release my emotions and let my soul/ spirit sing. I give all I am to Love. Each moment can be one of love, each thought tuned to that frequency. I enjoy music, art and silence.

Surfing and hosting. I have surfed with my family across the US. I have hosted many people on my couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed with three of the most awesome girls in AZ many moons ago. It was one of the best experiences. After that, I surfed in the Chicago area when I went for the Naturopathic Gathering. Then I surfed with my family (partner and daughter) on a trip home to AZ from NC, staying in 2 locations with hosts or on their property (one host just gave us the keys to his cabin!). I have recently stayed in Dallas TX with 2 hosts as well. All of my experiences were unique and great in their own right. The couch surfer community seems to be made up of genuinely good people looking to help out the soul fam they haven't met yet. We hosted several guys from Germany this year, awesome people! We went camping with them too!

Interests

I am interested in most everything. I always want to gain a little bit of knowledge on any subject about which a person is passionate. Of particular interest are things of which I know nothing. I enjoy people who are alive and living their dream, fulfilling their potential.

As far as the things that I enjoy...being outdoors, the stars, astrology, painting to music, a really good deal, real food, things that balance mind, body and spirit (exercise, reading, writing, a good bonfire, a soul connection), happy people, stones and creating jewelry, having my mind blown by something too amazing. I enjoy being a mother and nurturing the life of my little girl. I also enjoy anything related to healing and the healing arts.

Books- I love any non-fiction about medicine and healing; I have an extensive reference library. I enjoy a good self- help book. The 4 Agreements, The Mastery of Love, The Voice of Knowledge all by Don Miguel Ruiz are incredible books. The Power of Kindness by Piero Ferrucci was a game changer. I am currently reading The Power by Rhonda Byrne, Author of The Secret.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Giving birth at home, in a water tub to a healthy, beautiful baby girl. Staring fear in the face and coming out with that miracle. :) It's not every day that you become a portal to allow new life to incarnate. Most heady life experience ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, energy medicine,, psychology, human body form and function, and am always willing to share my knowledge. I wish to learn other languages and ways of life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can contribute to meals, offer an empathetic ear, give you a treatment of some sort… help around the house with chores... I dont mind watering plants and feeding animals either.
