ABOUT ME

I'm a student at the University of California Riverside. I studied abroad in Rome for 4 months, and while I was there, I got to travel and experience a little bit of Europe. Now that I'm back home, I'm hungry to travel more, see more, do more.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently living at my parents' house so I don't think I should freak them out by bringing random people into the house haha. So I can't host.. but I'm more than willing to meet people who are coming through Cali, show them around, or recommend some cool places to go if I'm unable to meet due to my schedule =)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a few couches in Europe and on the east coast, met some people through cs in Cali and in Rome. So far, all good experiences. Met a lot of cool people and interacted with people I wouldnt have otherwise talked to. I was lucky to encounter some really nice people while traveling and I'm looking forward to paying everything forward in whatever ways I can

"When you get to know people with different ethnic backgrounds, from different cities and countries, who live at various socioeconomic levels, you begin to realize that everyone basically wants the same things. They want validation, love, happiness, fulfillment and hopes for a better future. The way they pursue these desires is where things branch off, but the fundamentals are the same. You can relate to almost everyone everywhere if you look past the superficial facades that divide us."
