HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll be in Germany all summer, and would like to participate by hosting/meeting people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've been couchsurfing (athough not through this site) since i was about 15 - usually to music festivals and houses of musicians.. this usually entails late nights of playing music and being chatty. it's basically the most important thing i can think of to be doing..

i like hearing music i've never heard before
often the spontaneous creations of my friends.

european art music is dear to me - all of it - but i really love meeting composers and hearing how they turn their little ears into vast galaxies of sound and idea. i like to (try to) compose music myself.

i play traditional music too, on fiddle. my fiddle has brought me around the world and back to my own backyard - onto grand stages and sketchy (yet charming) bars, barns, and fields... and introduced me to some of the most wonderful people i could ever imagine.
