Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started my journey in December 2016 together with my girlfriend Regina in Cuba. We went to Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Mexico so far. She had to go back earlier because of work and I continue my journey until july 2017. We used my girlfriends account two times during our journey and it was always a very nice experience. So now that I'm on my own I would like to continue having such experiences and meet new people.

Interests

I love to be outside and experience nature to it's fullest. The best place for me are the mountains and if that is not available I try to surf in the sea. I do a bit of rockclimbing, bouldering and surfing.
When I'm in a City I like going to museums, studying the architecture, hanging out in cafés, bars or sometimes getting wasted. If there is any kind of live music it's even better because I love when people put there emotions in there instruments.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love guitar (Alternative) , electronic, classic, jazz, funk, reggae, rap music. It always depends on the mood I have.

The books which inspired me often have a humanitarian content but i also like reading thrillers or good novels. Just some authors I like: T.C. Boyle, Walter Moers, Wolf Haas, Paul Auster, Selim Özdogan, Bill Bryson, Bruce Chatwin, Paulo Coelho and Daniel Quinn

I'm into all kinds of movies. Some favourite directors: Coen Brothers, David Fincher, Alejandro Iñarritu, Christopher Nolan, Quentin Tarantino and Terrence Malick

Teach, Learn, Share

I learned carpenter so if there is anything to work on, on your 'project' I could give you a hand or give some advice.

I can teach you basics for rock climbing. I have more than 10 years of experience in this sport.

If you need to know something about english or german I could teach you as well.

At the moment I'm trying to learn spanish so I would be pleased to practice this a bit more.
