Hello !

My name is Clement Souchet, and I am 21 years old. Currently, I just finished my journalism study at the University of Montreal. I took off from France when I was 18, to discover the Canadian adventure.

Later, I want to become a journalist. I have already started to work in this field, but I am still waiting for the Grail, the press card! I focus a lot on social issues and the migration crisis. This is what led me to work in Calais, in the north of France, with refugees in 2021, but also in Ukraine, two times and one times in Colombia.

Je m'appelle Clément Souchet et j'ai 20 ans. Actuellement, je suis en 3ᵉ année d'étude de Science-Politique à l'Université de Montréal. J'ai pris mon envol de la France à mes 18 ans, pour découvrir l'aventure canadienne.

Plus tard, je souhaite devenir journaliste. J'ai déjà commencé à travailler dans ce milieu, mais j'attends encore le Graal, la carte de presse ! Je me concentre énormément sur les sujets de société, sur la crise migratoire et les enjeux sociaux. C'est ce qui m'a amené à travailler à Calais, dans le nord de la France, auprès des réfugiés en 2021, mais aussi en Ukraine, au début de la guerre.

I created my account because I believe that you can't discover a country better than by having a person who lives there as your first contact. From one day to the next, I decided to go to Ukraine to help and photograph the volunteers there. I also did the Machu Picchu with an incredible 100km hike.

Du jour au lendemain, j'ai décidé de partir en Ukraine pour pouvoir aider et photographier les bénévoles sur places.
