About Me

I'm a french engineer who live near Paris. I launched a restaurant specialised in Empanadas after having lived in Chile, that I've now closed.
I'm said to be a funny, open minded and easygoing guy, who likes to travel.
I'd love to meet new people from all over the world.
I'm passionate about sport, as a triathlete and trailer, about food and cooking, I love photography, visiting places by running or cycling, to go to the highest point of new cities to see panoramas, and for sure try and eat best local specialties. And that includes your local beer or wine 😁

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There is that common quote : "You only saw the country if you lived with the natives". I can't agree more !
I want to visit cities not as a tourist but by meeting people with whom I can truely learn about the culture.
In my opinion Couchsurfing is the perfect help to find people who have the same mindset !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Let me tell you about the best night I've ever spent.
It was in Chile Chico, a small town near the border between Chile and Argentina. With a friend, we found a pebble beach near a lack, with all around it no-one but white mountains.
After the camp set up, we made a bonfire as we were with a dog who followed us all day.
We looked up at the sunset, stared at the stars and ate bananas with melting chocolate, all alone in paradise.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Sharing some quality times, having nice conversations, learning from interesting people about their culture, passions, sharing some energy and good vibes, the whole while drinking a nice local beer or cup of wine.
