That's always hard to talk about himself, but there we go...

Well, my family, my friends and other people I can meet on my way seem to be HAPPY knowing me, that is a good first thing ^^

Generally I get along with people pretty easely and quickly. I'm an OPEN-minded person who cares about what the others are doing or thinking about any subject. I like to TALK but I also like to LISTEN, because you learn a lot listening at what the others have to say ;)

I love to discover new things and make NEW EXPERIENCES, in my opinion everything can be interesting if you put yourself into it or be at least CURIOUS about things...and then it permits to know more about yourself and which things you like more.

By the way the things I like the most are : Music (listen and play), Sport (couldn't live without physical activities), Food (eating and cooking, very interested in nutrition and vegetarian as much as I can...big subject!), Cinema and of course to TRAVEL (that became a philosophy for living atm)!

I love sunrises and sunsets!!

Otherwise I'm a LAID BACK guy, easy going and happy man with a YES and POSITIVE attitude, enjoying new experiences and meeting people to SHARE things with them and I'm also a PARTY boy who live fully but safely the only life I'll have :)

Anyway, just want to be happy, enjoy my LIFE, bring happiness and simplicity around me and to make our world a better place every day :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a Travel Community, I don't see why I would not be part of it haha!

I'm on couchsurfing because it suits me and my way of traveling more.

It's more than a website to find a place to stay for the night, I'm couchsurfing because it permits to keep the VALUES that I care about for real : of course this is an economic way to travel but for me it's more an offering/giving/sharing thing without to especially have to talk about money, this way you're surrounded of travelers and go to the locals and learn from/with them so much! I like to be SURPRISEd as well and happy this happens on couchsurfing!
Finally an awesome way to meet people and create new FRIENDSHIP all around the world!

Anyway...a philosophy of traveling, I love it and this is just the beginning :)

Interests

MUSIC, rare when I'm not listening at music! ^^
Always loooved music but never dared to make any, recently started DJing and playing Bass...lovin'it, I have to keep practising and be with musicians! :D

SPORT as a need! Stay fit, used to play a lot of football soccer, now more doing cycling, swimming and above all bush walking is the best! I also starded surf and climbing while I was traveling, it's great :) But I did lots of different things in my life, tried many different activities, on the ground, in the water or above our heads in the air and everything was cooool, lots to say ;)

FOOD, huuuum, I'm French, yep, but this is not the only reason, food is great that's all ^^ Putting a lot of interest and time on cooking and nutrition, like to discover and try things, share beautiful meals with people and it takes an important part in my life and traveling experiences ;)
Vegetarian as much as I can, food as a medecine, art, fuel and social!!

I've lot of interest for many things, it's actually one of the hardest thing I have to deal with...I can't do everything but my philosophy is to know a bit in every thing than to be specialised in one...but that comes with time, putting more efforts with the ones I like more but still open to the things :)

I'm a pretty SPIRITUAL person, I feel close to our mother earth and want to act in a good way with it, love the NATURE and the good energies it gives to us.

In an other way I like to PARTY and go to listen good MUSIC in bars or concerts, go to festivals, dance and dress-up all for fun :)

The biggest interest I have will be TRAVELING of course, wanna go everywhere and experience as many things the world has to offer!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love MUSIC and I'm pretty open to any kind of music as soon as it's well done... I don't like too commercial music, harder and harder with the time. Well I'm more on funky stuff, love dub & reggae, latin music, trip-hop/downtempo/chill-out, deep-house, acid/nu-jazz, happy with old disco, hip-hop, keen on jazz, soul, blues... (hard to choose one aye ^^ finally everything that sounds nice for my ears, which is happy and groovy, need melody and calm in this agressive world ;))

CINEMA takes another good part of my life, I love adventure movies (Into The Wild, The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty, Wild, Castaway, Life Of Pi...) and try to have seen the cults movies. By the way "Forrest Gump" stays my TOP 1 by far! But I have many other ones...would be hard to give a top 10 though! ^^

READING is not my easiest thing to do but I put myself into it more today. I've red Into the wild (gives more details than the movie...as always you'll tell me), The Alchemist, esoteric spiritual books... Looking at a lot of outdoor adventure magazines and websites!
