About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Experience new places and new things as much as I can
ABOUT ME
Right now I'm living in Beijing with my mother who teaches at an international school in the city. I love traveling and meeting people so I try to get out of the country at least once a year. I'm also into exploring and learning new things and I'm always down to have a good time. A sense of humor is really important to me as is a genuine attitude. There are very few things I don't like so I get along with most everyone and I love love love nerdy conversations with random strangers/new friends! I try to be an open book so ask me a question and I'll give you an answer.
PHILOSOPHY
You have to be scared to be brave so it's important to step outside your comfort zone to see how much courage you have. Don't be dangerous, just travel and push yourself to be better than you were, and if you cry, no worries! It happens to everyone!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
CS is the greatest way to meet people from all over the world. While I'm in school I can scratch my travel itch by hosting folks who are in the middle of their adventure and then when I travel and I can see them again! I'm SOOOO glad I joined this movement!
Interests
I love exploring, climbing things, reading, watching movies, biking, swimming, primates (because they're awesome), driving, sleeping and pretty much anything else if you catch me in the right mood. I'll never say no to a good time.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love sci-fi and fantasy series, whether in tv or novel form. I'm down for all kinds of music, especially the stuff I can sing to while getting my groove on, at the moment that includes basically all 90's stuff as well as Beyonce, Micheal Jackson, Pearl Jam, Alanis Morisette, Journey, Queen, Fleetwood Mac and so many more I can't think of.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had was watching an epic Howler monkey battle on a suspension bridge in the forest of Costa Rica. I'll never forget seeing one alpha male being shaken out of a tree and falling 60 feet to the river below only to climb his way back up and continue the squabble. Being there as a primate field researcher made it all so freaking cool!
