ABOUT ME

I am 25 years old and living in New York City. I grew up in a small town in upstate New York, but knew I wanted to live here when I visited the first time when I was very young.

I am a cook at a French restaurant in Manhattan next to Central Park. I work hard every day to learn something new while improving my abilities and composure behind the line. It isn't always easy, but I love it.

I really like to have a good time.

For fun I DJ and do photography.

Electronic (Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Detroit Techno, electro from 1980s, Larry Heard and a million others that still produce with soul.

Mathematics - I studied this at university. I haven't been productive in this field lately, but it is still a strong interest of mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I studied in Thailand for one year and taught myself to speak the language very well. I am proud of that.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a cook, and always willing to teach people how to cook. It is a great way to share knowledge and experience something personal from one person to another.
