I am a calm and discreet person
passionate about spiritualism, I search the balance as much with myself than in relations with others.
I can also be funny and entertaining with poeple in the same energy

music is essential in my life (I am a pianist and a songwriter)
but now I am passionate (obessed ?) for years about nutrition and health...
So I am used to work as a personal trainer, as a swim teacher, as a massagist/therapist and with nutrition and diet aspect

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The four month I spend in East Asia changed my life :
from a a boy with fear of travel and to go abroad
I became someone for who travel and moving all the time (as much as I can)
is the most important thing in life !!! :o)
