I am 30 years old, currently travelling with my partner Genie through the Middle East and Europe. We both love sharing stories and laughs with new people on our travels as well as hiking, camping, waterfalls, art and history.

I have lived in Canberra the past 4 years enjoying Australia’s bush and snow. I have previously lived in China and Taiwan where I taught English and studied mandarin. I love learning about new cultures and sharing cultural knowledge with others :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling, meeting new people and immersing myself in new cultures. I think couch surfing is a great way to meet new people and share some great experiences along the way.

Interests

Hiking, local street food, reading, figuring out whether to go to the beach or the mountains, and of course travel!

Also incredibly keen to learn about and mingle with local communities and see/hear about local projects.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2 weeks motorbiking from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh - half of this trip was done with a face the size of a basketball after being stung by a wasp at 70km/h!
