ABOUT ME

Sou movida pela vontade de conhecer o mundo, seus povos, suas culturas e seus encantos naturais. Cada conversa é um aprendizado sobre o universo de cada um.

In life I look for knowledge, and with that knowledge I want to help other people having a better life for them and for the planet. That is what makes me feel worthy to be alive. I studied Politics and International Relations, and I started volunteering when I was 13 years old. First playing and help feeding people with disabilities and then in an occupational project with HIV-positive children. I studied one year in University of São Paulo in Brazil, after winning a scholarship, and I focused my studies in Antropology and Cultural Contexts. Then I took one and a half year to travel around Brazil by bycicle, without money, living with my own two hands. That way I met the most unexpected people and learnt surprising skills, like juggling, hula-hooping, playing saxofone or building solar ovens, and I was teaching street art to people who used to beg, steal or were addicted to crack, in an informal way, just by traveling with all my tools and spending time practising in the streets. I had many diferent jobs in life, for example, I was a life-gard at the beach saving lifes, I was an internee in Israel-Brazil Chamber of Commerce and I have also worked on a supermarket when I needed. I really love to try different things, to learn with different experiences and to enjoy every moment of life. I always see the bright side of life and try to bring joy to people.

World Music, Folklore, any music that comes from the heart and soul of an artist.

My favourite film is Inception, I love the different perspectives I get everytime I watch it, and how we can dream and architecture our dream and it can become reality, or a fake reality, or a real dream, as we believe, and how we can loose our control and sense of what is or it is not real.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in the middle of my last semester of university I decided to leave everything and I left home with a backpack. I ended up travelling 1500km by bycicle through Brazil, without money, just with my own two hands, learning different skills, and then taking rides. I got to know São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Bahia, Sergipe, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul e ainda dei um saltinho no Paraguai.
