Über mich

CURRENT MISSION

Boire une bière dans chaque pays du monde !
Sharing a beer in every crowded pub of the world.

"There is no strangers here, just people who haven't met yet" - W.B

As for as I'm concerned, I'm a laid-back french guy in his early 20s, very sociable and outgoing, willing to learn anything that can open my mind, increase my cooker, drinker, dancer skills (ok, I've only few few dancer skills...), and I'm usually game for anything such as outdoors activities, sports, cultural visits or even grab a good food bar somewhere (or a beer). But my life would be much more frantic if I told you my stories around some drinks or foods...

To make it simple, I'm freshly graduated from a business school in France, after two semesters abroad (Peru and Ireland), and now taking a gap year to think about my future and myself.
I'm heading to Central America, starting from October, backpacking and volunteering over there for six months.
But I'm firstly flying to the US for a two weeks holiday (in the south - Atlanta, Louisiana).
It would be a pleasure to meet you up and share some time with you around there!

CREDO:
"Soit A un succès dans la vie. Alors A = x + y + z, où z = travailler, y = s'amuser et x = se taire."
A. Einstein

Je suis plutôt Jean Dujardin que Jean-Paul Belmondo , plutôt Ben McKenzie que Denzel Washington.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've already tested out CS when I traveled around South America during my six-months semester abroad last year (big thanks to my Brazilians friends) or in Europe for some weekend getaways...

However I've never had the chance to host some friendly people, but I'm sure my day will be come soon as my doors is always open :)

I think that every people is much more interesting, funny, kind, crazy also and awesome than any other places, museums or hostels in the world... That's why I trust on CS, I live on CS, and I love CS.

Interessen

I would say sport above all. Especially team-sports... I used to play football and rugby when I was younger, I certainly may still look a little bit good at it...
But, thanks to my mum's interest, I play volleyball for 15 years now!

Then, I can't chose between travels and cookies so... Let's say that I love traveling eating and grabbing some of the best foods of every single place I go.
Like cookies. I would marry a girl who loves cooking (especially crumbles, cookies, and amaziiiiiing home-made dishes).

I'm really keen on everything, even a good movie, or some music either in clubs or on the streets!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Something amazing I did ?
Well, could be a long part of my profile... Given that my craziest experiences were shared with amazing people you should know about.
The 4L Trophy? A humanitarian raid in a fucking old car through Spain and Morocco to bring schools furniture and financial aid to underprivileged children. What a great adventure! Either on a human plan with unforgettable people or on a professional plan thanks to all the work we did before the departure (project management, partnerships researches, forecasting, etc)

An Amazonian trip to see crocodiles, hunt tarentulas or eat piranhas?
Wah. Surely the craziest trip of my life so far. Swimming with pink dolphins, wearing a wild anaconda like a scarf, playing with barmy monkeys, I would never forget any second of these days far away any modern civilization, any other transport than your feet and a barque.
Just days within the Jungle living with natives, logging yourself off your comfort, sleeping surrounded by birds, spiders and many others bugs you have never known the existence before.
This was absolutely breathtaking, and unforgettable.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I would like to learn as many things as I can, such as new languages (I am currently trying to speak english as I can have a discussion in spanish as well) or new ways to live, to cook, to be happy.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I'm living in the south west of France, in a little town called St-Sever which is 1h driving from the ocean, 1h30 from the Pyrenean mountain and 1h30 from Bordeaux and the Spanish border!
I live here with my parents (whose are unfortunately not bilingual but are the greatest and nicest persons I know and we will be super willing to give you anything that can help you (information, sharing food, lifts, etc).
We have a room with a double size bed and a couch, so it can accommodates up to four people, but we currently can host only two person maximum at the same time!
