I'm a China lover, language enthusiast and avid traveller. I have been on Couchsurfing for about 10 years and have hosted a lot of surfers back in China. I'm currently travelling around Asia for 10 months with my boyfriend.

Things that make me happy: sunny days, blossoming trees, Chinese old ladies, hiking, museums, second-hand markets, cooking for my friends, making a kid smile, learning languages, dark chocolate, tea, tangerines, lemonade, cats, long conversations, my crazy family, my lovely friends, my amazing boyfriend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had amazing experiences hosting and being hosted. To me Couchsurfing really is a philosophy, it's not a hotel for free.

I have hosted and met up in France, England and China, surfed in India, Turkey, Germany, France, China and Taiwan.

On an unrelated note: I did a lot of modelling while in China, and it led to a fair share of amazing/funny situations and stories. Ask me about it if you dare! ahaha
