About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Visit all Guggenheim museums, taste all Pessac-Leognan wines
ABOUT ME
I'm a research scientist in computational linguistics at the computer science laboratory of the university of Bordeaux (LaBRI). Even though I spend lots of time there, I can show you some of the sights, restaurants and bars during the evenings and the weekends. I'm relaxed and have a positive outlook on life and I love to meet new people.
PHILOSOPHY
Explore more, look closer, search deeper and never forget to have a good time while doing so!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm offering my couch to travellers visiting Bordeaux. I haven't had much opportunity to CouchSurf in exotic places myself, yet, but I look forward to changing that!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted people from near and far and only had good and interesting experiences.
Interests
I'm a somewhat eclectic music lover and film buff. I loved our region's wonderful wines before coming to live here, so I was happy about installing myself here for my work and I look forward to continuing to explore the many Chateaux around Bordeaux.

Music, Movies, and Books
Any movie by Stanley Kubrick. Any book by Clive Barker. Any album by Opeth or Morcheeba or Tori Amos.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've had a coffee at Lavena in Venice and quickly understood why Wagner was always broke living there. I've walked along Brazilian beaches while drinking a coconut. I've played concerts in Holland and Finland with photos of me showing nothing but hair.
Teach, Learn, Share
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.
