What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a couch in the living room and in the common hall area. A separate bathroom and toilet.
I also sometimes have a spare room.

I stay in the North at pin code 1035 SH (you can check on google maps). It's a 10-15 by the public transport to Centraal station.

The house also has WIFI for guests :)

I don't have a lot of rules in my house. However, I need to comply with the Dutch laws and my rental agreements. For most Amsterdam tourists, this means no smoking and no drugs inside the house.
