Music, Movies, and Books
Why read about food when you can drool over it here: www.flickr.com/photos/jcboon/sets/72157641942372334
A mish-mash of favorite media: PiHKAL, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, Paris Review, Hermitude, Keys n Krates, Torpedo Boyz, AC/DC, Queensrÿche, Skeewiff, Tycho, The Economist, Coda Conduct, Paces, Lapham's Quarterly, Mitch Murder
Haven't watched TV in years, can't find the time or outlet sometimes since the outdoors is often short electricity :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cooked a meal for my entire hostel -- The hostel offers food, board, and a beer for anyone up for the challenge. It was awesome. See my photos for the menu :)

-Computer repair, I'm handy with fixing just about any electronic item. Ask and ye shall receive.
-Cooking and bartending, I'm a mean cook in the kitchen and dandy behind the bar. A recipe for one of my latest creations:
"A Little Spot of Lemon"
1.5 oz Hendricks gin
.5 oz St Germain
.5 lemon, juiced
1 oz grapefruit juice
Dash of Boston Bittahs or grapefruit bitters
Add all of the ingredients including the juiced lemon rind and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a grapefruit zest.

New problems to think about, I enjoy a challenge and if I can't defeat it the experience makes me all the wiser.
