ABOUT ME

I'm originally from a small town in south eastern Ireland but I have been living in Dublin, Ireland for the last two years while attending university. I am currently studying as an Erasmus student in Erlangen, southern Germany. I really enjoy meeting new people, consider myself quite social and open-minded and I love learning new things every day. I think the most important thing in life is to live it to the full and enjoy yourself. "We're here for a good time, not a long time".

PHILOSOPHY

I think the most important thing about life is not necessarily 'to live every day as if it's your last', as the old saying goes but rather to live it the best you can and as passionately as you can while learning and experiencing as much as you can. I think it's also important to try to make a difference, again not exactly change the world but just to make a difference to the bit around me such as helping my friends, helping strangers on the street and try to make the people around me happier.

I have actually not had any CouchSurfing experiences thus far. However, I certainly intend to try it in the near future.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy helping people improve their English. Likewise, I enjoy speaking and learning languages. I would like to improve my German and I aim to learn Spanish soon. I also am quite knowledgeable about politics and would love to talk and share knowledge about politics and current affairs.
