To meet new and interesting people and help fellow couch surfers out so that the favor may be returned when I travel.

ABOUT ME

I am an Elementary Education major at the University of Iowa and will be getting my masters in Teaching the Deaf and Hard of Hearing at the University of Minnesota. On my breaks from school I like to travel. I am very adventurous and daring, I love to do things that get my adrenaline going, and I love to see and experience things that most others have not. I have been to Paris, Belgium, Haiti, Italy, the Virgin Islands, and most of the states in the US. I have never couch surfed but my close friend says its the best way to meet new and interesting people and to conserve money while traveling, so I'm giving it a shot!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Our current economy isn't good but that doesn't mean that people should stop doing what they love...traveling. So by allowing people to stay at my place I'm allowing people to still travel but save money doing it.

Interests

Volunteering in Haiti, reading,cooking, traveling (obviously), being with friends and family, outdoors activities: canoeing, camping, fishing, rockclimbing, sailing, swimming, rafting, biking, etc.
