ABOUT ME

I'm a fun, outgoing, adventurous, willing-to-try-anything guy. I love the outdoors and nature, music, traveling, the ocean, good food, and genuine people. I'm extremely easy-going and low-maintenance, am very socially and environmentally responsible, and am mindful and respectful of other people's beliefs and preferences. Right now, I'm a full-time graduate student at San Diego State University, getting my MS in Ecology. I work with seabirds and environmental contamination in San Diego Bay. I'll hopefully be finishing up in summer 2014 and intend on pursuing secondary teaching credentials after graduation either here in SD or up in San Francisco.

PHILOSOPHY

Life has really been put into perspective in the last few years and I've come to find that communication and connection are at the base of everything.

If you have your passport and want to take a day trip to Tijuana, I'm all for it and can show you what I know across the border. I'm an intermediate-level surfer and can show you some of the basics and maybe even outfit you with a wetsuit and surfboard.
