Being always able to look back and feel I have enjoyed my life so far.

ABOUT ME

Well, I guess that as years passed on I had this feeling life was far more on my own hands to decide how to live it rather than on my general environment to copy from. This drove me to look for my own way to enjoy it instead of doing what everybody did out of habit, even though of course some times I also did what they all did if I considered it to be what I wanted for me.

With time I ended up travelling the world for fortune and glory. I love meeting new interesting people and cultures, compare what makes them special and happy with what other people somewhere else do, and share from and with them on the same way to keep growing myself. My goals are happiness and knowledge. My memories/experiences are my treasure, and it is one getting bigger each day.

PHILOSOPHY

There is only one life and no manual about how to live it. I guess this is because what is good for one person could not be good for one another. Life has two goals then:
1 - Find your own way.
2 - Live that way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like stepping out of my own self sustainable routine for a while and visiting some other place for fresh air in life. I love meeting local people who had time to learn how to enjoy what their environment has to offer. If you land in a city by yourself and you dont know whats hidden behind every corner you only see the shadows of what that city can offer in that given time.

I also love to show my own place to anyone coming around. However, due to my renting contract and to the fact I share my place with some other people I am really sad I cant always offer a place to other people, though I do what I can to have some room to share.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have visited some nice places all over the world sleeping at hotels, hostels and couches. Its amazing how enjoyable it is when you have someone to enlighten you about the place you arrived and with whom you can share your impressions about it with. Couchsurfing helps seeing a city in a focused way, if you land all by yourself alone everything is blurry for your mind.

Interests

I love seeing how people born on total different environments live their lives, I also love perceiving how similar cultural expressions as same movies, songs, books or pictures touched them thousands of miles away from where they touched me. I like exchanging views about life, movies, literature, arts. I guess I like philosophy, anthropology, sociology...
