hi all. i grew up in the encinitas area, then lived in santa barbara for about 8 years, then traveled around europe and abouts with my spicy friend. then we became best friends. then we fell in love. now we're married up with a dog and heading to Olympia WA soon.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i used to host a little bit while in Santa Barbara. now i currently work from home which is good for hosting. once we get hip again, i'm sure we'll host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i love cs. best traveling memory was with cs dudes: getting driven out on private property in the middle of the night to a hidden underground cave by Lake Myvatn (Eurasian & North American tectonic plates), climbing down a steep ledge about 25 feet underground with lights on our heads, nude swimming with a dozen other cs and icelander folks in a stream of hot natural spring water that happened to NOT smell like sulfur, and proceeding to light candles, drink beers, and watch the local tour guide make passes at the lucky girls while showering them with hot water.
