Note: Summer months are impossible for hosting, as my property goes commercial. Outside that (when I'm not traveling myself) - I'll be happy to consider. :)

Some years ago, I quit a highly desirable full-time job and moved to freelancing, back to the island where I used to spend my childhood summers. I have developed a few properties here which I rent out commercially to holidaymakers, a small restaurant and a bar, but also much time spent in organic farming. In addition I'm doing bits of consulting work, mostly from home, but often involving regional travels. I'm happy. I'm living my dream now.

This leaves me with ample time to go out and run, meditate, explore the amazing nature or do fun stuff, incl. partying, which I still love.

PHILOSOPHY

Live in the present moment - not looking back, not making expectations of tomorrow. That way the world is mine.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like the idea, endorse it and may host someone. I'm also fine with social contacts, but likely not looking to get hosted - I travel enough regardless. :) I rent out my places commercially through the peak summer months. Otherwise things get quiet at the island and provided I'm here, I'd be happy to host Couchsurfers. So please just make sure my place is available and I'm at the island. If both boxes are ticked - you're welcome to one of the most amazing and underdiscovered spots of Croatia.
