Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When we travel, we try to meet people through CS. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to host people but we are available for a drink in Paris or to show you around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Each time we did CS, we met great people who showed us their city in a way we could not have experienced it alone or with a travel guide. That is also what we are looking for: genuine experiences!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: independant cinema in general as well as a few Hollywood blockbusters. Lesbian movies.
Music: a subject we disagree on! Sonia loves sad songs (melodies) whereas Coralie likes electronic music... But we both enjoy classical music and soundtracks!
Books: Frédérick Tristan, Marguerite (Yourcenar & Duras), Romain Gary, Christian Bobin, René Barjavel, Stephen King, SciFi, Virginia Woolf, scientific essays, books about cinema...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The 4 first times Coralie was on a plane was to skydive... It was only on her 5th flight that she landed.
Sonia spent one year in the South Indian Ocean on a lost island as big as Prince of Wales Island (Alaska) with only 50 other people (and thousands of penguins!).
