My name is Maria and I am 22. I am originally from Romania but studying in the Netherands. I will be in Florence for half a year for my exchange program. I am looking forward to enjoy this experience as much as I can, to travel and to become an expert in the italian culture and food, just exaggerating a bit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first and only experience as a surfer was in Hamburg with one of my best friends. We had a great, fun weekend and because of our host, we experienced Hamburg at its best.
For the rest, i met some awesome people at the cs meetings in Amsterdam and also people just visiting the city.

Interests

I am interested in aesthetics; fashion , art, movies. I also enjoy food, even though i am not the best cook tbh. Things I love a lot lately are vintage and second hand stores, so I became a professional thrifter.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Decided to move to the Nnetherlands when i was like 19. I have learned since then more than i did my whole life and i am still enjoying this period.
