Welcome to our protoptype of CoDreaming Living Space. This is our dream, we have a place but we are waiting to find the right one (and right people) to do the follow.

A unique place where Dreams are shared and can come true. Please read carefully the following text before contacting us, and if you feel this is the place for you, your are more than welcome!

We are a group of people with different ages and backgrounds. We open the doors of our house so that people can have the opportunity to experience a healthy and healing place to live, with open minded people and at the same time enjoy Lecce, Salento (the region), the local culture, the most beautiful seaside, and the electric atmosphere.

A beautiful independent house, with much space, a little courtyard and an amazing rooftop. There is possibility to have your own room or staying in a bunk bed. You can come for a few days, or stay for a while.

This will be your house, and you will be a guest, as well as a host. You will have both your own space and privacy, at the same time meet and spend time, here or outside, with other guests or locals, Italian or foreigners that are living in Lecce.

The house is like a seaport where sailors, shipwrecked, experimenters, adventurers, seekers, artists, dock in the right moment, in the right situation. Music, writing, poetry, art, are inspired.

Interests

Surrounded by the sweet Lecce, with the amazing open, relaxed and friendly customs of Salento, you will find here no culture, no definitions, no fixed beliefs or philosophies to embrace. Our focus and efforts are not directed in building and spreading an idea, but instead, to create and maintain a simple healthy place.

Music, Movies, and Books

Everyone is a bringer of his own and unique Self, even when it is still invisible: once the threshold is crossed, as a painter you will find a metaphorical blank canvas. Together with the others that are passing by, the momentary shape of the place will be created. We celebrate the diversity, and the life, without naïveté. We provide the boat and the wind, the process of learning to navigate will be acquainted spontaneously.

A place to enjoy, share, learn, laugh, cry, create, dance, heal, perceive, connect, and last but not least, to Dream.

Dreams, about who we are, who we will be, what we want, what we will do, where we will go. There are no limits to imagination.

We do not make profit, so the price it is a suggestion. Feel free to propose any other way of exchange different from money or another amount according to your possibility. We do not want to exclude anyone motivated to join. Instead, if you validated the experience and you want to support the CoDreaming Space, you will find a donation box in the house. We still have to pay a lot of euros for the rent, plus all bills and expenses. We trust our dream to manage it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mainly, we prefer to not have rules and we do not need them, even though, we give few suggestions so that everyone can benefit from a healthy environment where dreams can spontaneously flourish. Here they are:

House is vegetarian, thanks not to bring fish or meat inside. You are free to buy and cook for yourself, and share if you wish. Nothing is forced. Most of the time there are ingredients that are available to everyone.

Everybody is invited to keep the place clean and tidy. There are no cleaning tasks, a part to be always aware of the space and its conditions and not to leave traces.
The space is lived by individuals that connect and interact with individuals, for this is important to respect each other spaces, attitude and will.

The fridge will be most of the time off. It could sound a crazy thing, but this instead will help us to focus on the flowing present without the need to worry about the primal need of nutrition.

We remind that this house is not a hostel. If you are looking for that there are two of them in Lecce, and they are very good.

Everybody is welcome, but if you are looking for a place only for sleeping, eating, flushing, we suggest one of the other places available in Lecce.

Teach, Learn, Share

You can also have personal reasons to come to Lecce and maybe you need an accomodation. It can be also ok, if you feel the spirit of the place already. Please also add some link eventually of your profiles in other sites (e.g. Couchsurfing, Airbnb, ecc…). Empty mail, with no informations or care on the content, they will not be take in consideration.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Once you have a coming date, you will have access to our eBooks library, (we have also a physical one) and you will be added to a temporary WhatsApp group where guests and few locals, can propose and be informed about activities, workshops, excursions and whatever else, inside and outside of the house. We will ask you to complete a form with your data, required for the subscription.We are not in the main accomodation website, so we count on synchronicity and word of mouth! 🙂
