I'm a traveler from Texas, I've traveled a lot within the US, but haven't been overseas.

This year I'm traveling as far as I can on a limited budget, hoping to learn what life is like in other parts of the world first hand

Im taking a year off of work, and trying to travel as far as I can. For me, traveling is about meeting people and learning from them as you go.

Im new to couchsurfing, but enjoy staying in guesthouses or hostels much more than a hotel.

Bicycling is something i enjoyed back home in Texas, taking short trips down the back roads every day near my house.

By swordfighting, I mean swordfighting choreography. A small group I used to practice with did local plays and fun projects of that nature

I've played violin since I was 4 years old. Celtic style songs are certainly my favorite, but I've tried to learn a wide range.

I'm in Iceland right now, and the highlight of the trip so far was staying at a guesthouse on a farm and seeing newly born Icelandic sheep.

Most importantly I would like to learn from you, what life is like where you live, local history, new skills.

I would be happy to share some violin music or jam with you if you play an instrument :)
