About Me

I'm a brazilian university student, who wants to visit as many territories as my lifetime allows me. There's nothing I like more than meeting people from different countries, and be as much helpful as I can. I like things to be always new and exciting, I get bored after a while so I need change constantly. I always want to be in culturally diverse environments.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't want to be just a tourist, and see things from the outside when I travel. I want to be inserted in the daily life, and I believe that staying with a local is the best choice to really experience the place. It's also a cheap way to travel, and an opportunity to make friends. Besides, I like having people over and showing around the city.

Interests

I adore all kinds of art... I've practice different types of dances, and paint for some years. I also love food, and I'm always up for trying new ones. I enjoy freedom, and going out to drink. Learning new languages is something I value too, and I'm crazy about old stuff, I whished I had lived in the 70/80's.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm all about these stuff... and I watch tons of tv shows.
Music: Comfortably numb (mostly rock and indie)
Movies: The departed (Tarantino, Eastwood and Scorsese are my favorites... But I watch pretty much all movies)
Books: A thousand splendid suns (fictions, especially ones taking place in other cultures)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't remember a specific event, but I believe my strong point is communication. It's easy for me to get to know people, make conversation, and solve conflicts by talking it through.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: portuguese and brazilian dances.
Learn: I seriously need to learn how to cook... But I'm comfortable just setting the table and washing the dishes. I also can't drive or ride a bike. I'd love to learn how to play the piano.
Share: my knowledge about the world, history, and the brazilian culture.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My company to go out and visit around, my stories and life experiences, and my friendship.
