I once guided blind students on mountainous treks in far away lands, I now take veterans with disabilities on backpacking & mountaineering expeditions.

I make a mean basil lemonade.

Delicious meals, daydreaming about having a dog, sunflowers, running, hiking, climbing, mountain-biking, reading, pretending to play harmonica, getting caught in the rain, freshly squeezed fruit juice, skiing, tree-climbing, paddle boarding/kayaking, being outside, dwelling in possibility, embracing awkward moments, loving life.

Watched the faces of people when they realized they have finished a trek they thought they would never make, when they have summited a mountain they thought they could never climb, and when they have found someone they truly care about.
