ABOUT ME

I am an easy going, no nonsense, independent, well read, travelled father of two sons leading an uncomplicated life in a lovely Free State town, one hours drive from Johannesburg. Now I know that to most of you out there this may sound very boring. On the contrary, I opted out of the rat race several years ago when it wasn't fashionable yet and never looked back since. My sons are the joy of my life although I don't see them that often. My friends more often than not, cause wicked, hilarious havoc to everyday life, for which I will always be grateful and my work keeps me sane and out of doors seven days a week.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At last I have a year to myself on sabbatical, and am looking forward to travelling around South Africa and further afield. When I am home, I will be more than happy to welcome couchsurfers into beautiful Parys.
