4/26/2018 Update:
Hello there, my name is Adam Colbert, and I'm from southern Illinois. At this moment I'm in Salina, Kansas staying with my cousin's ex who is like family to me. My friend Amanda -- who is from Texas, who I've been facebook friends with for 3 years, who shares my birthday, who I finally met physically in person 2 weeks ago in Georgia -- came with me back to Illinois, and is here traveling with me. I also have my dog (and traveling crate) and a car. Anyway, our next planned stop is Denver/Boulder area, at which point she will probably branch off and make her way back to Texas to her kids and family. She has a friend or two in Denver, though not mutual friends of mine. I have a few friends in the area, even from my Illinois hometown, but their availability status is either unavailable, unconfirmed, or busy. So anyway, I'm looking for someone cool and resonant and with similar interests in the area that I can hang out with, help gather and refocus myself with, and even hopefully find a safe driveway, porch, backyard, or couch to stay on for the night. I'm a lifelong and even college-studied musician (focusing on music theory/composition and classical piano in college). I have a few guitars with me (my primary instrument of focus), so I look forward to meeting new musician friends and entertaining with music all around. I enjoy nature outings and looking for rocks/crystals. I have a collection of crystals and stones with me (let's just call it a "small hoard" of fine mineral specimens lol). I also have food and gas money, and even a tent, just not exactly a particular place to go yet! (And, no, I'm not running from the law or have any warrants etc!) I can offer plenty of personal references, too. Okay, that is all I can think of to say.
