ABOUT ME

Originally left the shores of the Emerald Isle (Ireland) for a spot of travelling in 2010 but the wanderlust took hold. Living and working in Sydney for the past couple of years after travelling. Loving the sunshine and all that big city living has to offer. My current goals include music festivals,trips into to the bush or the sea at weekends, playing more music and learning to surf. Oh and learning Spanish, this time i'm serious..

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Intermittently active in the CS scene in Melbourne and Sydney with events, meet ups etc.

Have hosted and surfed across Australia, Ireland and Italy and I have organised one or two events recently, such as a bike ride.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS when it works is like a window on the world and the closest you can get to the feeling of travelling while still remaining shackled to your city/job/life. Plus when you are travelling is the best way to truly understand a city or a culture in a short period of time

Surfed, hosted and been involved in meetups in Ireland, Australia, Italy and some other places.

Talking to new and interesting people, travelling, playing and listening to music, going to concerts, Sport of all descriptions, trekking, reading, swimming, politics, photography, cinema, yoga. Like to have an auld beer or two on occasion.
